Shipping policy

If the country you're looking for isn't listed, this means we don't have enough shipping data to add it to this list (we haven't been shipping orders to said country). This doesn't mean we can't ship to said country, so reach out to our Customer Success team for more information. If we can ship to the country, the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days, but it could also longer or shorter.

Q4 is peak season. Processing and shipping times will increase, this is normal. Update your customer-facing copy to reflect longer timelines during this period. Things return to normal after the holiday rush.
